Wash and cut the assorted meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the plantains into rounds.
In a pot, add the assorted meat, chopped onions, ginger/garlic paste, MAGGI Mixpy seasoning and enough water to cover the meat. Boil until the meat is tender.
Add the chopped scotch bonnet, ground pepper soup spice, crayfish, salt, chilli powder to the pot and stir.
Allow the soup to simmer for about 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld. Add MAGGI Star.
Add the plantain rounds to the pot and continue cooking until the plantains are soft.
And scent leaves and adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
