Choose from the list of ingredients
First, parboil penne pasta in salt water strain and cool the pasta.
In a wok add olive oil allow to heat, add onions, ginger & garlic fry.
Add fresh chili and fry for few minutes.
Add fresh peeled tomatoes and allow to fry for 8min.
Add chili powder for more heat. Add some fresh parsley, fresh thyme, 2 cubes of Maggi Star and Maggi Signature Jollof for extra flavour.
Add in cooked penne pasta and stir.
Finish off with more parsley stir and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve hot and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
