Heat oil in a pan
Add diced onions, rodo and stir fry until well caramelized.
Add egusi and dried fish and stir
Add goat meat, crayfish and smoked fish and stir fry
Add tomatoes inside the pot, cover the pot to simmer on a very low heat

Add beans eggs and do not stir. just cover and allow eggs to cook.
