Veggie Light Soup

Wash and clean the vegetables: tomato, onion garden egg, okro.

Blend garlic, 1 onion, 1 ginger, 3 tomatoes, 3 MAGGI Chicken Cubes

Place a pot on fire and heat the palm oil a while then pour the blended vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1.5L of water then the remaining vegetable: 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garden eggs. Cut plantains into big dice, the rest of garden egg into quarter, TOFU into dice, then add into the pot. Bring to boil for 15 minutes. Remove the whole vegetable: (3 tomatoes, 1 onion. 2 garden eggs) and blend, then add to the pot. Add 2 MAGGI Naija Pot and Okro chunks then let simmer for 10 minutes.
