Place a pot in the fire and heat the palm oil a while Pour the blended vegetables and cook for 5 minutes

Add 1.5L of water then the remaining vegetable: 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garden eggs. Cut plantains into big dice, the rest of garden egg into quarter, TOFU into dice, then add into the pot. Bring to boil for 15 minutes. Remove the uncut vegetable: (3 tomatoes, 1 onion. 2 garden eggs) for blending, then add to the pot. Add MAGGI Mixpy Garlic & Ginger, MAGGI Naija Pot and Okra chunks then let simmer for 10 minutes.
