Blend onion, tomato and fresh pepper in a blender till it’s very smooth. Wash and cut the fish and set aside.
Add the blended mixture into a pot and allow to boil, add the palm oil, crayfish powder and the Maggi crayfish seasoning. Cover and allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the cleaned fish and cook on a medium heat for an additional 10 minutes.
