In a medium pot, season the offals with 2 cubes of MAGGI star, ginger powder, garlic powder, onions and add some water to cook.
Cook beans together with the offals
After some minutes, add rice to the beans and offals. Add water to the pot so not to make the mixture thick
Add palm oil to the pot
Add yakuwa leaves, pepper, spring onions, onions and stir. Allow to cook
Add bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, onions, and pepper
Cook with generous quantity of water until it is well done.
Add the alaiyaho (spinach) and steam for a minute. Serve hot.
