Soak beans in water
Wash beans thoroughly to ensure the back peel off
Cut some onions on washed beans, add pepper and water and blend until very smooth.
Pour paste into a bowl and add crayfish, MAGGI Signature jollof, MAGGI Crayfish and smoked mackerel.
Pour coconut oil and milk and stir well
Set the seasoned paste aside and wash moimoi leaves. Cut out the long bone like edge and grease with vegetable oil.
Fold leaves into the cone shape, carefully fold the edge in order to avoid the paste from pouring out then the dish a sizeable quantity into the con shaped leaves, add boiled egg and then close the top by folding excess leaves
Place wrapped moi-moi into the pot and put on fire
Add just a little water in the pot and put it on fire. Keep checking to ensure you still have enough water to cook the moi-moi as you keep adding the water in bits
Allow the moi-moi to cook by steaming
Unwrap and enjoy the goodness of a healthy moi-moi
Pour in the cups of water and milk into a pot and bring to boil.
Add in the couscous and stir until it gets thick but remember it should not be too thick
Add in the NoNo and sugar and stir
