Heat up pot, add oil in the pot. Add the onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry till translucent

Add the thyme, curry, bayleaf and MAGGI seasoning, stir-fry then add the tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, tatashe and rodo.

When they've properly fried add MAGGI signature jollof and some water then allow to boil.

Once boiled, add the rice and cook for about 15 minutes, then add the soya chops and allow to cook together with the rice for an additional 10 minutes.
