Carefully pick beans and rinse in warm water and salt
In a boiling water, pour beans and chop 1 medium sized into it. Cover and allow to cook till soft.
Wash tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and 1 medium sized onions, garlic, and ginger and blend with tomatoes and peppers
Add the other onion, part of the spring onions, garlic, ginger and stir. Add tomatoes and pepper and allow to cook
Add shredded smoked fish, MAGGI crayfish, and crayfish powder, stir and allow to cookj
Add the remaing ground crayfish and spring onions and stir. Add washed and chopped scent leaf and cray leaf
Stir to take off the heat, then cover the wok to get all the flavors of the leaves
In another pot, wash and soak tamarind in 1 cup of warm water until its infused
Mix the tamarind water to make raw pap paste
Boil 1 litre of clean water and pour in the paste
Allow to cook for a few minutes and stir
Serve with beans and fish sauce
